Digital Backend Operation

Job Summary

MeFriend Business Solutions is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Digital Content & App Operations Executive to manage product listings on the MeFriend App and support social media activities related to events. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with data entry, content updates, and basic social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and update product listings on the MeFriend App, including images, descriptions, prices, categories, and availability.
• Ensure product information and app content are accurate and up to date.
• Create and publish event-related posts on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
• Schedule posts, respond to basic comments and messages, and share event updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect product details, creative materials, and approvals.
• Perform routine app content checks and support daily digital operations.
• Maintain a daily report of completed uploads, content updates, and social media posts.

Required Skills

• Good written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content scheduling.
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Familiarity with data entry and product catalog management.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets.
• Good attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

• Any bachelor's degree or diploma. Candidates with a background in digital marketing, media, or a related field will be preferred.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in content management, social media management, data entry, or app/e-commerce catalog management. Freshers with relevant skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Requirements

• Own laptop or computer with a stable internet connection.
• Basic photo and video editing skills.
• Strong proficiency in Malayalam is preferred.
• Work Schedule: 8-hour shift, with flexibility to work until 11:00 PM IST.

Pay: ₹6,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
