Digital Banking Assistant

Responsibility:

• Deliver excellent customer service based on SMBC Indonesia’s Service Values: Heartfelt Banking and Meaningful Service .
• Demonstrate WE CARE service attitudes in daily activities: Ownership, Empathy, Speed & Accuracy, Adaptability, Reliability, and Empowerment .
• Handle customer requests, inquiries, and complaints related to the Bank’s products and services professionally and in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Identify customer needs and proactively offer suitable banking products and services through a cross-selling approach based on the customer’s profile.
• Perform administrative processes for transactions in compliance with established procedures and regulations.
• Maintain service quality by ensuring data accuracy, providing clear information, and delivering appropriate solutions.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and security of customer information in accordance with the Bank’s policies and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Frontliner in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic banking operations.
• Able to work professionally, accurately, and in compliance with established procedures and regulations.
• Target and performance-oriented
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends, as needed by the bank
