Digital Banking Sr. Analyst| Mumbai

To analyze digital banking performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics, providing actionable insights that support digital adoption, customer experience, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Control

  • Own and execute end-to-end UAT cycles for new features, product enhancements
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs/issues and work with IT & vendors for timely closure.
  • Drive quality metrics to reduce post-production defects and improve release quality.

• Release & Administration

  • Manage release planning, scheduling, and deployment coordination across channels.
  • Maintain release calendars and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure documentation of release notes, feature changes, and defect logs.
  • Support administrative tasks such as user provisioning, backend configuration, and platform monitoring.

• UI/UX & Customer Journey Enhancement

  • Partner with Product Manager and Design teams to propose UI/UX enhancements for digital channels. Stake Holder management

Qualifications

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Management.
