Digital Business Analyst – Accessibility

Location: Dublin or Kilkenny – Hybrid

Contract: Initial 6-month daily rate contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join a major digital transformation programme. This role will suit a Business Analyst with a strong background in digital/web projects and hands-on experience working with accessibility requirements .

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers and QA teams.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Support the delivery of accessible digital and web solutions.
• Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support small change initiatives and incident response.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation.

Experience Required

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within digital or software development environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with digital/web accessibility requirements.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG .
• Strong experience working on web/digital development projects.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with React, AEM and Figma would be beneficial.
