Digital Campaign Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to support the seamless execution and delivery of digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be strong in coordination, stakeholder management, and operational execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of purchased campaigns across Meta, TikTok, newsletters, listings, and email marketing
• Manage campaign workflows, tracking, and ticketing processes using HubSpot
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success Managers, Ad Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution
• Review incoming campaign requests for accuracy, approval, and proper processing
• Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
• Facilitate content collection, asset coordination, and ensure readiness of campaign materials
• Monitor campaign progress and provide updates, reporting, and performance metrics
• Identify and escalate issues, while supporting process improvements for efficiency and scalability

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong project coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ticketing or workflow systems (HubSpot is a plus)
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, or advertising platforms is an advantage
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong time management skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a high-volume operational environment
