About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Campaign Operations Specialist to set up, manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns.

Working closely with our strategy and client servicing teams, you will turn approved campaign plans into effective execution, monitor performance and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and launch campaigns, including audiences, placements, budgets, bidding strategies and creative assets.
• Manage and optimise live campaigns to meet agreed KPIs, including cost per lead, conversion rate and return on ad spend.
• Monitor daily performance, budget pacing and campaign delivery, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Test audiences, creatives, placements and campaign settings to improve results.
• Ensure campaign tracking is accurate and provide clear performance reports.
• Work with the strategy and client servicing teams to share insights and recommend improvements.

About You

• Hands-on experience setting up, managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign KPIs, budget management and conversion tracking.
• An analytical approach, with the ability to turn performance data into practical improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
