Digital Campaign Success Manager

Location: NY / NJ / PA

Job Type: Full-time | Remote

eHealthcare Solutions (EHS) is the premier digital advertising network serving the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. For over 25 years, we’ve helped brands connect meaningfully with healthcare professionals and patients through exclusive publisher partnerships and high-performing media strategies.

We're an established company — born anew — building for growth, agility, and innovation. We're scaling into new channels, sharpening our offerings, and embracing smarter, faster ways to work.

Want to innovate with us?

The Campaign Success Manager is a client-facing member of the eHealthcare Solutions (EHS) Client Services team who owns the day-to-day execution and success of assigned digital advertising campaigns. Drawing on prior campaign management and ad operations experience, this role manages campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, optimization, reporting, and contract fulfillment while ensuring work aligns with client goals and key performance indicators. The Campaign Success Manager serves as a trusted point of contact for clients and partners closely with Sales, Reporting & Analytics, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve issues, communicate progress, and deliver a coordinated client experience. Success requires strong attention to detail, analytical judgment, proactive communication, and a collaborative, accountable approach to managing campaigns and supporting account retention and growth.

What We're Looking For

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full campaign lifecycle for assigned accounts, from internal kickoff and client onboarding through setup, launch, optimization, contract fulfillment, and reporting.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients with active campaigns while providing clear updates on deliverables, timelines, pacing, and performance.
  • Traffic, test, launch, and track campaigns across relevant platforms, accurately implementing creative assets, third-party tags, targeting, and other campaign requirements.
  • Partner with Sales to monitor delivery, pacing, and performance against contracted goals and client KPIs; proactively troubleshoot issues, implement optimizations, and escalate risks when needed.
  • Prepare and communicate internal and client-facing performance reports, including wrap reports that highlight results, insights, top-performing elements, and recommended next steps.
  • Support account retention and growth by identifying client needs, sharing campaign insights, forecasting fulfillment and revenue impacts, and contributing to improvements in EHS products, services, and processes.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns in ad operations, client services, account management, performance marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience executing the full campaign lifecycle, including setup, trafficking, QA, launch, pacing, optimization, troubleshooting, reporting, and contract fulfillment.
  • Working knowledge of direct and programmatic media buying, ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, third-party tags, targeting, and digital advertising standards and metrics such as CPM, CPUV, SOV, and IAB formats.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify risks and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce, and campaign, task-management, reporting, or analytics platforms used to manage accounts and communicate results.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients and build effective relationships across internal teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable, with strong time and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and changing priorities.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and quick to learn, with a commitment to client success, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of team processes and campaign outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000 (based on experience)
  • 401(k) with profit sharing and cash balance plan
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (50% company contribution)
  • Life Insurance and Referral Program
  • 15 PTO days + 7 paid holidays + your birthday off
  • Monthly reimbursement for high-speed internet (up to $50)
  • Company-provided laptop and home office setup stipend

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Digital Advertising Campaign Management: 3 years (Required)
