Digital Capability Advisor

Working closely with stakeholders across People, Digital, Communications and the wider business, you'll help employees adopt new tools, build confidence in digital ways of working, and support the successful implementation of capability initiatives that create lasting impact.

This role sits at the intersection of learning, change and digital enablement. You'll be responsible for identifying capability needs, developing engaging learning resources, supporting adoption programmes, and helping employees use approved digital and AI tools safely, responsibly and effectively.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy simplifying complex concepts, building strong stakeholder relationships, and creating practical learning experiences that drive meaningful behavioural change.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the design and delivery of digital and AI capability initiatives across the organisation
• Assessing workforce capability needs, identifying learning priorities and understanding adoption barriers
• Developing learning resources, guides, toolkits and workshops to support employees with varying levels of digital confidence
• Partnering with key stakeholders to deliver capability and organisational development programmes
• Promoting responsible, safe and effective use of digital and AI technologies
• Supporting communication and change initiatives that encourage adoption and engagement
• Monitoring feedback, participation and capability insights to drive continuous improvement
• Building trusted relationships with leaders, subject matter experts and employees across the organisation

What you'll bring

• Experience in digital capability, learning & development, organisational development, change management or a related field
• The ability to translate digital, AI or technical concepts into clear and practical guidance for a variety of audiences
• Experience developing learning resources, workshops, enablement materials or capability programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across multiple business functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends and recommend practical improvements
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, change management or workforce capability approaches
• Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies and continuous improvement
