Digital Change Partner for Digital Process Transformation (DPT)

Join us as a Digital Change Partner (DCP) for DPT, where you will collaborate closely with DPT leaders to support key transformation priorities across the organization. You will immerse yourself in DPT’s transformation portfolio, connecting initiatives to tangible business value while shaping the narrative of DPT’s transformation journey. Your expertise will guide leaders on stakeholder engagement, communications, change governance, and adoption, ensuring a consistent approach throughout the portfolio. Please note that this role requires you to be located in either Portugal or Romania.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Act as a strategic partner to DPT leadership, driving transformation priorities and fostering organizational alignment.
• Build a strong understanding of DPT’s portfolio and craft a compelling transformation narrative that links initiatives to business value.
• Increase visibility and engagement through effective leadership communications, stakeholder management, and success storytelling.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure projects adhere to agreed change, communication, and adoption standards across the portfolio.
• Advise and support project teams while monitoring adoption risks, organizational impacts, and opportunities to maximize value.

What You Bring

• Experience in change management, transformation consulting, or digital transformation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear actions, engagement, and business outcomes.
• Experience in developing leadership communications, engagement strategies, and adoption approaches.
• Currently based in Romania or Portugal
