Digital Commerce Advertiser

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads, and marketplace advertising platforms, particularly Shopee Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and advertising spend to ensure effective budget allocation and optimal results.
• Analyze ad creatives to identify high-performing and underperforming content, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct creative testing and campaign optimization to improve advertising performance.
• Analyze key advertising metrics and use insights to develop strategies that support campaign objectives.
• Stay up to date with advertising trends, platform updates, and new strategies across TikTok, Meta, and marketplace platforms.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads Manager, particularly consideration campaigns, and Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of marketplace advertising, especially Shopee Ads, beyond social media advertising.
• Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets, ideally around IDR 100–500 million per month.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate ad creative performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn new advertising strategies and tools.
• Able to make informed decisions based on campaign performance data and continuously improve advertising effectiveness.
