Digital Commerce Analyst | E-Commerce, SEO & Analytics

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Commerce Analyst to support our e-commerce business through SEO, website analytics, marketplace performance, and data analysis.

You will analyze digital performance, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve online traffic, sales, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze website and e-commerce performance
• Monitor traffic, sales, conversion, customer journey, cart abandonment, and checkout behavior
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives
• Monitor organic search performance and SEO trends
• Use data to identify problems and opportunities
• Create reports and provide actionable recommendations
• Conduct A/B testing for website and digital initiatives
• Work with IT and other teams on website, data, and automation projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related course
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail, sales, or related roles
• Experience with e-commerce analytics and SEO
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of website and digital performance metrics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Experience with Shopify, Grab, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Google Search Console
• SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools
• A/B testing experience
• Website or marketplace analytics
• Experience with dashboards or data visualization
