THE ROLE

Join Howard Silvers & Sons and help build and spearhead a new digital commerce program.

We’re looking for an experienced, highly organised and commercially minded Digital Commerce & Program Coordinator to help develop, launch and spearhead our SPEARS program.

You’ll help turn the SPEARS concept into a structured, repeatable, and scalable digital commerce program.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Help develop, launch and spearhead the SPEARS program

• Coordinate and onboard suppliers and partners

• Collect, review and manage product data, images, CSVs and other product information

• Prepare, upload and maintain products on Shopify

• Manage and optimise product listings across relevant marketplaces

• Maintain accurate product data, categories, pricing and spreadsheets

• Follow up with suppliers, clients and customers

• Coordinate Facebook, email and product campaigns

• Manage content schedules and promotional activities

• Track supplier participation and product onboarding

• Prepare monthly reports and performance updates

• Develop and improve SOPs, templates and repeatable systems

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

• Coordinate projects and ensure key deliverables are completed on time

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years of experience working with e-commerce marketplaces

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project development, project coordination, or a closely related role

• Experience with Shopify and online marketplaces such as eBay, Etsy, Amazon or similar

• Highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Confident communicating with clients, customers, suppliers and partners

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Comfortable with Shopify, Canva, Facebook Business Suite and email marketing platforms

• Strong understanding of product listings, product data and marketplace requirements

• Process-driven and capable of developing and improving SOPs

• Proactive, reliable and excellent with follow-up

• Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and projects independently

• A problem-solver who enjoys building systems and making things happen

• Available to start immediately
