Would you like to be part of Arla’s digital evolution and take the lead in coordinating and executing impactful retail media and online campaigns across multiple partners? Then you may well be the person we are looking for as our new Digital Commerce Professional in Arla Denmark, based in Viby, Aarhus.
While the gap between online and offline becomes less apparent, product shelves and the shopper experience becomes increasingly digitalized in Denmark. By being part of our Digital Commerce team, you get the chance to make a real difference in Arla’s commercial and digital future.
How You Will Make An Impact
As our new Digital Commerce Professional, you elevate and grow Arla’s digital commerce by collaborating closely with our retailers and colleagues from various functions in a matrix work environment. Your overall responsibility is to drive retail media excellence by coordinating campaigns, stakeholder alignment and asset delivery across brands and retailer partners.
Furthermore, you will also work to ensure digital shelf excellence, helping deliver a strong and shopper-friendly online presence through high-quality product content, data and search visibility on our digital retailer platforms.
Your task will include the following

Coordinate retail media activities together with our Digital Commerce Manager, ensuring timely delivery of campaign materials and alignment between brand teams, retailers and other stakeholders

Drive retail media campaign execution by managing campaign assets, supporting correction and approval processes, and maintaining strong collaboration with internal and external partners

Successfully communicate our digital shelf and content recommendations to retailers and internal stakeholders

Maintain and improve a shopper-friendly digital shelf that grows our retailers’ dairy businesses through strong product presentation, search visibility and content compliance

Maintain and improve product content quality across titles, descriptions, images and related product information to support a best-in-class shopper experience

Monitor digital shelf compliance and KPI development using digital shelf analytics tools, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Explore new ways of working within product content, data and retail media by collaborating with customers and internal functions

You should expect regular collaboration with our customers and multiple visits to Fyn (Funen) and Sjælland (Zealand) regions throughout the year. While you are a part of Arla Denmark, you will also be working with our colleagues from our European organisation, but mainly online.
What Will Make You Successful
We imagine that you have a few years of experience within eCommerce, retail media, digital content, sales, or marketing, ideally from a retailer or FMCG environment. Alternatively, you may have gained valuable hands-on experience through a student position with significant responsibilities, where you consistently delivered strong results. You are a proactive and structured coordinator with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build strong relationships across teams and with external partners, including retailers. Combined with your understanding of digital commerce, retail media, and digital content, you thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring high-quality execution in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English. The position requires native or highly-fluent Danish skills.
