Responsibilities

• Assist in creating compelling content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Support social media management by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
• Analyze social media performance metrics utilizing Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising and other media efforts to increase reach and engagement.
• Contribute to media editing tasks such as video editing and photo enhancement for various digital channels.
• Assist in keyword research, SEO optimization, and web analytics to improve content visibility and website traffic.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and media editing tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and marketing online analytics.
• Experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is preferred.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
