Role Overview: We are a house of brands across 2 business units PI Industries and Jivagro. The Communications Manager will lead communication strategy, content direction, campaign planning, and integrated execution for PI and Jivagro brands in partnership with Crop Managers and Product Managers. This role is at the centre of strategy, creative development, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and communication strategy in partnership with Crop/Product managers for the crop and product portfolio and the mother brands.
• Own planning and communication for new product launches and key seasonal campaigns.
• Develop briefs for creative, media, and field activation teams and lead all creative development: key visuals, scripts, content themes, narratives.
• Partner with Social Media Manager on content planning and support with brand elements for all product brand campaigns required for consistency, templates.
• Partner with field teams to capture insights and align messaging with farmer needs.
• Track brand KPIs including awareness, consideration, and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage agencies and ensure quality, timeliness, and brand consistency.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in brand communications or marketing
• MBA in Marketing from a premier Institute
• Should have managed creative agencies independently
• Possess strong brief-building skills, with an eye for detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally with crop managers, field, and product teams
• Startup - digital native products, FMCG, Entertainment experience preferred, not mandatory
• Ability to work through ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment
