Digital Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Compliance professional to support online order verification, fraud prevention and compliance operations. You will be responsible for reviewing customer applications, identifying potential risks and ensuring online transactions meet established requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform facial recognition and fraud reviews for online applications by verifying customer identity information and identifying discrepancies or suspicious activities.
• Review online store orders for Prepaid-to-Postpaid, New Line and MNP applications to ensure compliance with established requirements.
• Conduct device eligibility checks by reviewing outstanding balances, write-off status and contract eligibility.
• Cross-check customer information such as name, MSISDN, NRIC and address against the Master File to identify duplicate or potentially risky applications.
• Conduct customer callbacks to resolve problematic orders, update contact information, process cancellations and facilitate payment reattempts, chargebacks or refunds.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records for internal audits and governance requirements.
• Identify recurring issues and suspicious transaction patterns to support investigations and process improvement initiatives.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in compliance, fraud prevention, digital operations or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, although candidates with some relevant background in compliance, fraud, risk or digital operations are preferred.
• Good attention to detail with basic data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge of compliance, risk management, fraud detection or data privacy will be an added advantage.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
