Digital Content and Communication Intern

Job Summary

The Internship student will gain hands-on experience supporting various digital initiatives, including website management, student communication, digital platforms, AI chatbot projects, and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the Digital Innovation & Technology team and gain exposure to real-world projects within a higher education environment.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Technology Support

• Assist with digital platform administration

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities

• Assist in monitoring system issues and tracking resolutions

• Support implementation of automation and integration projects

• Assist in maintaining digital records and platform documentation

Website & Content

• Update and maintain website content

• Contribute to website copywriting and content development

• Support website content planning and optimization

• Assist in reviewing programme information and student-facing content

• Support website testing and feedback collection

Design & Creative Support

• Contribute ideas for website UI/UX improvements

• Create simple digital assets and presentation materials

• Support branding consistency across digital platforms

• Assist with content layout and user experience reviews

Digital Projects & Research

• Support AI chatbot content development and knowledge base updates

• Research digital tools, trends, and best practices

• Assist with testing and feedback for new digital platforms

• Support digital transformation and student experience initiatives

• Assist in documenting workflows, SOPs, and user guides

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing final year of Degree in Information and Communication Technology, Information System, Business Information Technology, Digital Technology or any related field.

• Good written and spoken English

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of websites and digital platforms

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications

• Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly

• Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation

• Proactive, responsible, and willing to take initiative
