Job summary

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and execution focused Digital Content & Growth Associate to own TM Global's digital content engine across all relevant platforms. This is not a social media posting role. You will be responsible for content strategy, ideation, production, publishing, analytics, and growth.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Ideation:

• Develop and maintain TM Global's content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, and Facebook
• Build and manage a content calendar, planned at least 2 weeks ahead
• Identify content opportunities from company activities, projects, people, expertise, and industry trends
• Develop recurring content formats and series

Content Production:

• Produce content end-to-end: concept, script, shoot, direct, edit, publish
• Create short-form video: Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, native to each platform
• Develop UGC style content that feels authentic, not corporate
• Repurpose long-form content into platform-optimised short-form formats
• Appear on camera where appropriate and coordinate talent for shoots

Publishing & Distribution:

• Publish content consistently across all TM Global platforms. No gaps, no dead weeks
• Optimise captions, hooks, hashtags, and formats for each platform
• Monitor engagement and identify amplification opportunities

Team Activation:

• Drive SBU leads and team members to participate in content creation
• Build systems (recurring prompts, shoot schedules, content request forms) that make participation easy
• Follow up persistently. The content calendar never depends on people voluntarily remembering

Analytics & Growth

• Track platform performance: reach, engagement, video views, watch time, follower growth
• Identify what works and what does not. Make recommendations based on data
• Test new formats, hooks, and creative approaches continuously
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights

Requirements:

• HND in Communications, Marketing, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience creating digital content or managing social media platforms
• Demonstrable portfolio of short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, or similar)
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience behaviour
• Proven ability to generate content ideas consistently
• Basic proficiency with analytics tools (native platform analytics at minimum)

Advantageous:

• Experience in a creative agency, media company, or tech company
• Graphic design capability (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite)
• AI integration for a smoother and faster workflow.
• Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
• Photography skills
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing, or inbound marketing concepts
