Digital Content Coordinator

Job Summary

Pane e Vino is seeking an organized and creative Digital Content Coordinator to manage digital content and support the restaurant’s online presence. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, coordinate digital marketing activities, maintain website and social media updates, and help promote the restaurant’s menu, events, and dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate digital content for the restaurant’s website and social media platforms
• Create engaging posts featuring menu items, food specials, and restaurant events
• Write captions, promotional messages, and customer-facing digital content
• Coordinate photography and other visual content for marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date website information
• Schedule social media posts and monitor publishing calendars
• Support promotions for seasonal menus, special events, and dining offers
• Monitor customer engagement and respond to routine online inquiries
• Track content performance and prepare basic engagement reports
• Coordinate with restaurant management and marketing team members
• Ensure digital content follows the restaurant’s brand voice and standards
• Research food, dining, and digital marketing trends
• Proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency

Qualifications

• Previous experience in digital content, social media, marketing, or communications preferred
• Strong written communication and editing skills
• Familiarity with major social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of content management systems and digital marketing tools
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Basic photography or graphic design skills are an advantage
• Interest in food, hospitality, or restaurant marketing is preferred
