About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Digital Content Creator who can conceptualize, create, and manage engaging content for our social media and digital marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should understand Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, trends, storytelling, product content, and performance-driven creatives. You will be responsible for turning products and ideas into content that grabs attention and drives engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, videos, and social media content.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and storyboards for short-form content.
• Shoot and edit product videos, lifestyle content, UGC-style videos, and promotional content.
• Stay updated with the latest Instagram, YouTube, meme, and social media trends.
• Create content specifically designed for Meta Ads and performance marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing, graphic design, and product teams to develop campaigns.
• Handle basic product photography and videography when required.
• Edit videos using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
• Experiment with different hooks, formats, styles, and storytelling techniques to improve content performance.
• Analyze content performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Help build a consistent visual and creative identity across social media platforms.
• Assist in influencer/UGC content creation and coordination when required.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
• Good knowledge of video shooting, lighting, framing, and editing.
• Strong sense of creativity, trends, storytelling, and visual presentation.
• Ability to write engaging hooks and short-form video scripts.
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
• Knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of what makes content engaging, shareable, and conversion-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects.

Good to Have

• Experience working with D2C/e-commerce brands.
• Experience creating Meta Ads creatives.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and content analytics.
• Experience with product photography/videography.
• Experience creating UGC-style advertisements.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation, editing, and ideation.
