Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Content Creator role based in Cairo. The Digital Content Creator will develop, write, and produce engaging digital content for the clinic’s website, social media channels, and other online platforms, aligned with medical and health awareness objectives. Daily responsibilities include planning content calendars, creating visual and written materials, collaborating with healthcare professionals to translate medical information into accessible content, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare communication standards. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content based on audience engagement, and supporting campaigns that promote preventive health, clinic services, and patient education. The Digital Content Creator will work closely with marketing, medical, and administrative teams to maintain consistent messaging and brand identity.

Qualifications

• Content creation skills, including web writing, article writing, and adapting medical information into clear, patient-friendly language.
• Digital media skills, such as managing social media platforms, basic graphic design or video editing, and familiarity with content management systems.
• Planning and strategy abilities, including content calendar management, campaign support, and alignment of content with marketing and awareness goals.
• Research skills to verify medical information, follow healthcare communication guidelines, and stay current with health-related trends.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control in proofreading, editing, and ensuring consistency in tone and branding.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with medical staff, marketing teams, and administrative departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; experience in healthcare or medical content is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic and local healthcare context in Egypt or Saudi Arabia is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
