About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Digital Content Creator who can take ownership of our day-to-day visual content — from shooting reels and videos to photography, editing, and publishing-ready content.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, short-form video content, automobile photography/videography, and creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and create engaging Instagram Reels, short videos and social media content.
• Handle photography and videography for cars, people, events, products and company activities.
• Shoot automobile-focused content with a strong understanding of car angles, features, interiors and exteriors.
• Edit reels and videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
• Create attractive and engaging content suitable for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.
• Work on transitions, captions, music, sound effects, color correction and basic motion graphics.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks and content ideas based on current social media trends.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to understand campaign and content requirements.
• Maintain a regular content shoot and publishing schedule.
• Capture behind-the-scenes, customer experiences, office activities and automotive events.
• Ensure all content meets the company's quality, branding and visual standards.
• Organize and maintain photos, videos, project files and other digital assets.
• Stay updated with the latest Reels trends, editing styles, formats and social media content trends.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, photography or digital media.
• Strong portfolio of Reels, videos, photography and edited content.
• Good knowledge of video editing and photography.
• Creative mindset with an eye for framing, lighting, composition and storytelling.
• Comfortable appearing behind or, when required, in front of the camera.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Automobile / automotive content experience will be an added advantage.

Equipment

Candidate should preferably have hands-on experience with:

• DSLR / Mirrorless Camera
• Mobile Photography & Videography
• Gimbal / Stabilizer
• Tripod and basic lighting equipment
• Microphone / Audio equipment

Knowledge of professional camera equipment is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has a strong content portfolio.
