Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Content Creator to develop engaging content for the company's digital platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating photos, videos, graphics, captions, and other digital content that strengthens the brand, increases audience engagement, and supports marketing objectives.

Job Description

• Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Plan and execute content ideas based on the company's brand, target audience, and marketing goals.
• Create and edit short-form videos, reels, photos, graphics, and promotional materials.
• Write engaging captions, social media posts, scripts, and other digital copy.
• Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Capture quality photos and videos during events, product shoots, office activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Create graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.
• Monitor social media trends and identify creative opportunities for content development.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to develop campaign content.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across digital platforms.
• Monitor content performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Respond to relevant audience comments, messages, and engagement when required.
• Research competitors and industry trends to generate fresh content ideas.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and special projects.
• Ensure all published content is accurate, professional, visually appealing, and aligned with company objectives.

Requirements/Skills

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in video and graphic design editing tools.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong knowledge of current digital content and social media trends.
• Creative, innovative, and able to generate fresh content ideas.
• Good understanding of branding and digital marketing principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
• A portfolio of previous content creation work is an added advantage.

Pay: ₦90,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
