Digital Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design compelling visual content, including videos, reels,

motion graphics, carousels, infographics, and social media creatives,

ensuring brand consistency and platform optimization across LinkedIn,

Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging digital

platforms

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing

objectives

• Manage and maintain the company’s official social media accounts
• Promote Pharmaceuticals & Nutraceuticals products responsibly while

adhering to regulatory and ethical guidelines

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, medical, regulatory) for content

approvals

• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely

manner. Must have a ORM experience

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Support digital campaigns, product launches, and corporate communication

initiatives

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

Mandatory Skill Set:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content

formats, and performance metrics.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, design, and video

editing.

• Knowledge of Online Reputation Management (ORM) and willingness to

manage audience interactions.

• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and social media

analytics tools.

• Experience creating social media creatives, carousels, videos, reels, motion

graphics, and infographics.

• Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze content performance and optimize content based on

engagement insights.

Qualifications s Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Mass

Media, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content

Creation, or Multimedia Design preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in social media, digital content, multimedia design,

or creative marketing roles.

• Proficiency in content creation, social media management, analytics, and

digital marketing tools.

• Strong written communication, visual storytelling, and creative content

development skills.

• Understanding of healthcare/pharmaceutical compliance guidelines is an

added advantage.

• High attention to detail with a strong sense of creativity and brand

alignment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

effectively

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
