Role: On-Camera Content Creator & Presenter

About the Role We are looking for a charismatic, highly creative On-Camera Content Creator who lives on the "For You Page." You aren't just a behind-the-scenes shooter or editor; you are a storyteller, a presenter, and the face of the brand. We need someone with magnetic energy who is absolutely not camera-shy and knows exactly how to stop the scroll by speaking directly to the audience. You understand what makes a TikTok or Reel go viral, and you have the confidence to execute it on screen.

What You’ll Do

• Be the Face of the Brand: Confidently present, speak, and perform on-camera for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Ideate & Script: Brainstorm viral concepts and write punchy scripts with strong visual and verbal hooks that maximize viewer retention.
• Shoot & Edit: Film high-quality vertical content (using an iPhone or studio cameras) and edit rapidly using CapCut or native platform tools.
• Trend Spotting: Identify trending audio, formats, and challenges before they peak, and quickly adapt them to our corporate and client brands.
• Analyze & Iterate: Look at the numbers. If a video flops, figure out why. If it goes viral, figure out how to replicate that energy.

What We Need From You

• Unapologetic On-Camera Presence: You must be highly articulate, energetic, and completely comfortable speaking in front of a lens.
• Hook Psychology: You understand that the first 3 seconds are everything, and you know how to deliver a hook that keeps people watching.
• CapCut Wizardry: You know every transition, effect, and pacing trick needed for fast, trend-based vertical editing.
• Portfolio (Mandatory): A link to your TikTok/Reels portfolio or personal page showing YOU on camera , proving you have the presence and engagement we are looking for.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B or corporate content creation (making "boring" topics interesting).
• Fluency in multiple languages (English + Sinhala/Tamil).
• Basic graphic design/editing skills.
