We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Content Creator to develop engaging digital content for our hospital's social media platforms, website, and online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, knowledge of digital marketing trends, and the ability to create attractive content that promotes our healthcare services and enhances our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Design creative posters, banners, reels, short videos, and promotional materials.
• Develop content for hospital promotions, health awareness campaigns, medical events, and healthcare services.
• Write captions, headlines, and informative posts that align with the hospital's brand identity.
• Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
• Capture and edit photos and videos of hospital activities, events, and promotional campaigns, with appropriate permissions.
• Collaborate with doctors, management, and marketing teams to develop accurate healthcare content.
• Monitor social media engagement and suggest improvements to increase reach and audience interaction.
• Follow current social media trends and implement creative content ideas.
• Ensure all content is professional, accurate, and consistent with the hospital's image.
• Maintain patient privacy and obtain necessary approvals before publishing patient-related content.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and other promotional activities as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in digital content creation, social media management, or video editing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• Basic photography, videography, and video-editing skills.
• Good writing, communication, and creative storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook posts, and other digital formats.
• Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio of previous creative work is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating content for hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare organizations.
• Basic understanding of healthcare services and medical awareness campaigns.
• Ability to simplify medical information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–2 years preferred; freshers with relevant skills and a strong portfolio may also apply.
