Digital Content Creator Executive

Job Summary

• Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
• Produce creative content to increase brand awareness, social media engagement and customer traffic.
• Plan, shoot, edit and publish videos featuring electrical and home appliance products, promotions and store activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create short-form video content based on current social media trends.
• Shoot and edit videos for TikTok, Facebook Reels and Instagram Reels.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts and storyboards for product and promotional videos.
• Present products in an engaging and easy-to-understand way.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to create content based on promotions, new products and campaigns.
• Manage and maintain regular posting on social media platforms.
• Monitor video performance, reach, engagement and customer enquiries.
• Continuously explore new content ideas, trends and formats to improve audience reach.
• Support live sessions or other social media activities when required.

Requirements

• Experience in content creation, video production or social media is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in content creation are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva or other video editing tools.
• Creative, energetic and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work independently and generate creative content ideas.
• Must have a good understanding of TikTok, Facebook and Instagram trends.
• Portfolio / previous TikTok, Reels or social media content is an added advantage.
