Digital Content Creator (Paid Ads & Performance Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Content Creator to work closely with our Digital Marketing team. This role will mainly focus on creating high-performing creative content for digital advertising, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, product campaigns, launches and other performance marketing activities. Your main focus will be producing creatives specifically to support advertising, conversion and sales performance. You will work closely with our Digital Marketer to understand what type of content performs, test different creative angles and continuously improve our advertising content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit short-form video content for digital advertising.
• Produce creative assets for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads and other digital campaigns.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketer to develop new advertising concepts, hooks, angles and creatives.
• Create multiple variations of videos for A/B testing and advertising campaigns.
• Produce product videos, promotional videos, UGC-style content and campaign creatives.
• Edit videos into engaging, fast-paced content suitable for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Create simple graphic designs, promotional visuals and advertising materials when required.
• Understand campaign objectives and translate them into strong visual content.
• Monitor current social media, advertising and content trends.
• Learn and assist with basic digital marketing activities such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads and campaign management.

About you

• Strong interest in content creation, video production and digital marketing.
• Able to shoot and edit short-form videos independently.
• Familiar with editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Understand how to create strong hooks and engaging content for social media.
• Creative, proactive and able to generate new content ideas.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving marketing environment.
• Able to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar software would be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge or experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads or performance marketing is an advantage, but not compulsory.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera would be a strong advantage, especially for product and advertising content.
