We are looking for a creative, proactive, and passionate Digital Content Creator who enjoys producing high-quality content, keeping up with social media trends, and bringing fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and produce engaging digital content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Film and edit short-form videos, promotional videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Develop creative content ideas and campaign concepts that align with each client's brand and marketing objectives.
• Create content for hotels, restaurants, educational institutions, and lifestyle brands.
• Write engaging captions and assist with content planning and scheduling.
• Capture photos and videos on-site at client locations and company events.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and content strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Organize and maintain digital media files and project assets.
• Support other marketing and creative projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or video production.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and current social media trends.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Able to travel to client locations when required.
• A valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are preferred.

Working Days & Hours

• 5 working days per week (Monday–Friday)

Recruitment Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a practical content creation assignment as part of the recruitment process. The assignment is designed to assess creativity, storytelling, filming, and video editing skills.
