Are you a Performance Content Producer looking to help a growing organization that is scaling its digital marketing efforts? This role is ideal for someone who can create engaging content, understand what drives results, and move quickly without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Do:

• Create and optimize digital content across multiple marketing channels.
• Analyze performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR) and view-through rates (VTR), to improve engagement and conversions.
• Develop targeted content that connects with audiences at different stages of the customer journey.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to execute campaigns and landing pages.
• Increase content production while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in performance marketing, digital content production, or paid media creative.

• Strong understanding of content analytics, audience engagement, and conversion optimization.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content on tight deadlines.

• Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.

• A creative, resourceful professional who can turn data into actionable content strategies.

• Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, five days per week. No Remote arrangements.
