Digital Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging copy, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content based on campaign objectives.
• Plan and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, and other teams to develop campaign materials.
• Monitor content performance and analyze engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Conduct research on audience interests, industry trends, and relevant content opportunities.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual standards across digital channels.
• Prepare content performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Stay informed on digital content trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in digital content, social media, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative with a good eye for visual presentation and engaging content.
• Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, and basic content analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content projects.
• Amenable to work full-time onsite in España, Manila.
