Job summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Digital Order Coordinator to manage online food orders and communicate with customers through our website, WhatsApp and third party delivery platforms.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming online orders from the website and delivery platform.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Provide order updates and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Confirm orders and monitor delivery progress.
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful delivery.
• Work closely with kitchen and dispatch teams to avoid delays.
• Coordinate dispatch riders to pick up and deliver meals

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be polite, vocal, and confident speaking with customers.
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly.
• Must be able to read and write
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving ability.
• Experience in customer service, call center, or restaurant operations.

Remuneration: NGN 90,000 Monthly
