Digital Credit Manager

JobPurpose:

Responsiblefor evaluating and underwriting loan applications received viadigital channels. Focus on quick, accurate decisioning with policyadherence, KYC verification, fraud checks, and coordination withstakeholders to achieve seamless, paperless disbursements.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Evaluatedigital loan applications within defined turnaround time (TAT) usingscorecards and policy rules.
• Performdigital KYC, bureau checks, income surrogates, and fraud screening;escalate suspicious cases.
• Prepareconcise credit notes/CAMs for non-STP or exception cases; recommenddecisions as per DOA.
• Ensureaccurate documentation and track post disbursementdocument (PDD) closure where applicable.
• Coordinatewith sales/operations for clarifications, rework, and smoothdisbursement.
• Monitorearly vintage performance/FPD for approved cases and providefeedback to improve filters.
• Adhereto underwriting policy, regulatory requirements, and internal auditstandards, clear QA observations PDs of specific cases.

SkillsRequired:

• Stronganalytical and decision-making skills.
• Knowledgeof retail lending credit policies and scorecards.
• Proficiencyin digital KYC, fraud control, and MIS tools.
• Attentionto detail and compliance orientation.

EducationalQualifications and Experience:

• Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 13years in credit appraisal/underwriting; experience indigital/fintech lending preferred.
