Digital CRM Technology Manager

We are looking for an experienced Digital CRM Technology Manager to lead the evolution of a complex CRM technology ecosystem within a large-scale enterprise. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the roadmap, delivery, architecture, and continuous improvement of customer engagement platforms while partnering with business, technology, data, and external vendors.

What you'll do

• Lead the technology strategy and evolution of an enterprise CRM ecosystem.
• Drive the delivery of CRM initiatives from requirements through implementation and transition to operations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate customer and commercial needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Oversee CRM architecture, integrations, governance, platform stability, and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with Data, Digital, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and external technology partners to deliver omnichannel customer experiences.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary technical team, fostering accountability, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Manage priorities, vendors, risks, dependencies, service quality, and delivery timelines across multiple initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading CRM technology, Customer Experience platforms, or enterprise digital solutions.
• Strong experience managing Salesforce ecosystems , including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud .
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, solution architecture, and enterprise technology landscapes.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing external vendors.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
