*Job Summary*

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a major distributor of assorted beers and beverages for an experienced Digital Customer Experience Manager to lead customer engagement across digital channels and ensure exceptional service delivery.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage customer enquiries, orders and complaints via WhatsApp, social media, email and other digital platforms.

* Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Accounts teams.

* Monitor the customer journey from enquiry to delivery and after-sales service.

* Track response and resolution times while maintaining accurate customer records.

* Analyse customer feedback, identify recurring service issues and recommend improvements.

* Prepare weekly and monthly customer experience reports for Management.

* Support approved digital campaigns, product updates and customer communication materials.

*Requirements*

* HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience or Digital Support.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving, complaint resolution and stakeholder management abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
