Digital Data Analytics Director

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Director of Data & Analytics to lead our data strategy and analytics capabilities within a Digital Transformation & Marketing Agency. This role will drive data-driven business solutions, provide strategic advisory to clients, develop new services, and lead the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive Data & Analytics strategy aligned with client and business objectives.
• Provide strategic data advisory and translate insights into actionable business and marketing recommendations.
• Oversee analytics, reporting, dashboards, measurement, data quality, and governance.
• Develop new data-driven services, solutions, and business opportunities.
• Drive the adoption of AI / Generative AI / LLM in analytics and insight generation.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Data & Analytics team while collaborating with Technology, Strategy, Media, and Client Service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, BI, Data Strategy, or related areas.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing analytics teams or data initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Data Analytics, Data Governance, Data Quality, Digital Marketing Data, Tracking, Measurement, and Dashboarding.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, or related analytics tools.
• Strong business acumen, client advisory, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Digital Agency, Consulting, MarTech, AdTech, or Digital Transformation is highly preferred.
• Good command of English.
