Digital Delegate Acquisition

TEH Group is looking for a Digital Delegate Acquisition professional to join our team and help drive attendance for our technology events across APAC.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage relevant technology professionals and decision-makers.
• Invite and engage prospects through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and social media.
• Build relationships with potential delegates and understand their professional interests.
• Follow up with prospects and convert invitations into qualified event registrations and attendance.
• Maintain accurate prospect and delegate information in our CRM.
• Work closely with the Delegate Acquisition and Event teams to achieve event targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and spoken English — essential.
• Experience in digital outreach, telesales, lead generation, recruitment, business development, or event marketing is a plus.
• Confident communicating with professionals through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with follow-ups.
• Able to engage professionally with Managers, Heads, Directors, and C-level executives.
• Good attention to detail and comfortable working with CRM and digital tools.
