At Synergy 3D, we are at the forefront of digital dentistry, and we are looking for a motivated, high-energy Dental Lab Administrator to join our customer service and production workflow team!

I’m looking for someone with a great personality who genuinely understands dentistry and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You don't need to be proficient in the actual dental lab manufacturing process, but you do need to understand dental terminology, clinical concepts, and digital dental workflows. If you love working with computers, building strong client relationships, and keeping facility operations running seamlessly, I’d love to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the key bridge between our doctor clients and our internal lab technicians. Your role is vital in keeping our daily operations smooth, efficient, and customer-focused.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the friendly, reliable primary point of contact for our dental practice partners, keeping them informed, supported, and confident in our services.

Technician & Workflow Coordination: Work directly with our dental technicians to monitor case progression, anticipate potential bottlenecks, and keep production moving continuously through the whole facility.

Problem Solving & De-escalation: Gracefully handle client questions or concerns, managing expectations while protecting production timelines and keeping customers at bay during peak workflows.

Digital & Administrative Support: Efficiently navigate software, manage digital files, and review case specifications with exceptional precision.

Must-Haves

Dental Knowledge: A solid grasp of dental terminology, clinical concepts, and restoration types.

Digital Workflow Savvy: Strong computer skills with a deep understanding of how digital dental cases transition from intraoral scan to final production.

Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a natural ability to maintain strong client relationships.

Organizational & Multitasking Skills: Able to manage multiple priorities, handle incoming inquiries, and stay organized in a dynamic lab environment.

Eye for Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure technical case instructions and doctor preferences are communicated accurately.

Workflow Management: A proactive mindset to identify potential slowdowns before they occur and maintain continuous production flow across the facility.
