Digital Designer

Our client is a well-known Australian ecommerce leader and category market leader, moving serious volume and growing fast. On their behalf, we're on the hunt for a Digital Designer who lives for high-quality output at pace and loves making design work hard across every channel.

This is a volume-driven role at the heart of their marketing engine, designing the EDMs, campaign creative, event branding and paid assets that go in front of customers every single day. From the inbox to the landing page, you'll turn briefs into sharp, on-brand design fast, without dropping the quality bar. This is a role for a doer who cares about craft but is happiest shipping.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Design high-quality creative for EDM, paid ads, social, landing pages and site content across the full customer journey.
• Own the design and rollout of event branding and campaign creative, from concept through to final assets.
• Build and maintain EDM templates and design systems that keep output consistent, on-brand and fast to produce.
• Work closely with Marketing, CRM and Sales to turn briefs into clear, compelling comms at every stage.
• Support campaign rollouts with on-brand visuals across web and performance channels.
• Help refine and evolve the brand system, keeping it current, flexible and consistent across touchpoints.
• Systematise workflows and templates to keep creative production moving at volume.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and jump in wherever the team needs a strong pair of design hands.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• A doer who gets things done fast, at a consistently high quality, without needing to be chased.
• Figma is essential: confident designing, prototyping and working within a design system.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals, with a sharp eye for layout, type and hierarchy.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proven EDM and email design experience, comfortable designing for volume and speed.
• Web design skills for landing pages and onsite creative.
• Experience designing for performance environments (CRM, paid, web).
• Confident within sprint cycles and juggling multiple priorities, with high attention to detail across brand consistency and visual impact.
• 3 to 5 years in graphic or digital design, ideally within marketing, ecomm or digital teams.

BONUS POINTS

• Experience in ecommerce or retail brands.
• Familiarity with working alongside dev teams or using design systems.
• Illustration skills.
• Interest in building for a brand with real personality.
