4-Month Contract | Maternity Cover | On-site

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Designer / Content Creator to join our creative team on a 4-month contract maternity cover.

This is an on-site role, where you will collaborate closely with the team to deliver high-quality, social-first content and digital marketing assets, with a strong focus on craft and timely execution.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce content for social platforms — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create graphics, illustrations, and digital marketing collaterals across campaigns
• Contribute ideas and creative concepts during brainstorming sessions
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver within agreed timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic or content design, with a strong portfolio covering social media, digital campaigns, and online marketing formats
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with Photoshop and Illustrator at minimum; Premiere Pro is a plus
• Comfortable using CapCut and Canva for quick-turn social content
• Actively integrates AI tools into the design workflow, including LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, as well as image enhancement tools such as Magnific (Freepik AI)
• Strong understanding of social media content performance and audience engagement across platforms
• Able to work independently, interpret briefs accurately, and deliver with minimal supervision

Good to Have

• Motion graphics or basic animation experience — transitions, kinetic text, or After Effects
• Prior experience in a digital marketing or social media agency environment
• Basic video editing capability for short-form content production

Contract Details

This is a 4-month maternity cover contract role based on-site at our office. Candidates must be available to commit to the full contract duration and work alongside our team on a day-to-day basis.
