Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, confident, and detail-oriented Digital Designer Intern to join our Marketing & Creative team. This opportunity is open to freshers and aspiring designers who have a strong interest in graphic design, digital content creation, video editing, and AI-powered creative tools.

Prior professional experience is not mandatory. However, candidates should have a basic understanding of design tools, a creative mindset, a willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

The selected candidate will work on real marketing projects, creating engaging digital creatives, social media content, promotional videos, and print materials while learning industry standards and professional design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create attractive and engaging creatives for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design digital marketing banners, advertisements, website graphics, emailers, and promotional materials.
• Assist in creating reels, short videos, promotional videos, and basic motion graphics.
• Use design tools and AI-powered creative platforms to explore new ideas and improve workflow efficiency.
• Assist in designing brochures, flyers, presentations, standees, banners, and other branding materials.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colors, layouts, and overall visual quality.
• Learn to prepare artwork for digital publishing and print production.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand creative briefs and campaign requirements.
• Take feedback positively, make revisions carefully, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, creative techniques, and emerging AI tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Freshers and candidates with a strong interest in digital design are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design software.
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent software are an advantage.
• Interest in AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, and ChatGPT.
• Good visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Confidence in presenting ideas and explaining design choices.
• Willingness to learn new tools, accept feedback, and improve continuously.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage assigned tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio, personal design projects, or sample creatives demonstrating your skills is preferred.
