• Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), turning operational needs into reliable dashboards and automated workflows. Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Prefer majors of Management Information System, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, E-commerce, and others related.
• Prefer 1-3 years' experience in logistics, digitalization, auto field, or others related, with hands-on delivery of Power BI reports and Power Automate flows.
• Outstanding fresh graduates with a strong Power Platform portfolio can also be considered. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Practical:
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities that help business decisions.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards: data modeling, Power Query (ETL), DAX measures, and row-level security.
• Design and operate Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows (RPA): connectors, approvals, scheduled/triggered automation, and error handling.
• Build simple apps with Power Apps to close process gaps and replace manual steps.
• Validate delivered solutions — data accuracy, flow logic, and edge cases — through structured testing before handover, rather than relying on ad-hoc checks.
• Proficiently use MS Office.
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as DIFY, TRAE, Lingma to accelerate delivery where they add clear value can be a plus.
• Proficiency in coding (e.g., Python, SQL, C++/Java) for advanced data integration can be a plus. Behavioral:
