Your Role

• Develop and manage 3D, and 4D BIM models throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, with a focus on modular formwork modelling, reinforcement cage detailing, and concrete pour sequencing.
• Coordinate digital deliverables with design, engineering, and construction teams
• Use tools such as Revit, Navisworks and Synchro 4D.
• Support clash detection, safety implementation, digital coordination, and design validation processes
• Create visualisations and simulations to support design and construction planning
• Assist in digital workflows, data integration, and project automation
• Provide training and support to internal team and stakeholders on digital engineering tools
• Work towards ensuring BIM-related work executed follows industry-recognized standards and protocols—especially ISO 19650

About You

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• 2+ years' experience in a Digital Engineering and BIM
• Proficiency in one or more BIM/Digital Engineering platforms (Specifically Auto CADD, Revit, Navisworks, Synchro 4D)
• Strong understanding of construction and design processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience working on large infrastructure or building projects preferred
