The Job:

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Conduct BIM coordination, design reviews, clash detection, and model validation with project teams
• Research and implement digital construction solutions utilizing 4S technologies, including BIM, GIS, IoT, AI, and Digital Twin
• Support the deployment, testing, and maintenance of digital applications and smart construction technologies
• Provide technical support for digital platforms such as CDE, PDMS, SSSS, and DWSS
• Perform data analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to drive digital transformation and operational improvements

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, BIM, or other STEM-related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital engineering, BIM, construction technology, IT, or engineering environments
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk BIM solutions, such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, or Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Knowledge of 4S technologies and digital construction solutions, including BIM, GIS, IoT, AI, Digital Twin, and CDE platforms
• Familiarity with connectivity technologies (e.g. LoRa, NB-IoT, BLE, Wi-Fi); AWS or Azure experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Chinese with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Digital Engineer
