Digital Engineering Manager (BIM Manager)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Engineering Manager to lead our Digital Engineering (BIM) team and deliver innovative digital solutions across major projects throughout Asia and Australasia. This is a leadership role responsible for driving BIM excellence, digital transformation initiatives, project delivery standards, and team development while supporting multiple operating companies within the business.

What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of Digital Engineering professionals.
• Oversee BIM and Digital Engineering services including 2D drafting, 3D modelling, and 4D programming.
• Develop and implement Digital Engineering Management Plans (DEMP).
• Drive BIM standards, governance, quality assurance, and compliance with ISO 19650 requirements.
• Support innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across digital engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with project teams to define and deliver Digital Engineering requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on BIM processes, modelling, coordination, and project execution.
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, deliverables, and performance.
• Ensure high-quality outputs that meet client and project requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop Digital Engineering team members.
• Deliver technical training, mentoring, and capability-building programs.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Contribute technical expertise to proposals, business development initiatives, and client presentations.
• Review and assess new Digital Engineering opportunities.
• Support scope development, resource planning, effort estimation, and commercial assessments.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Built Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Digital Engineering/BIM management experience.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM technical, coordination, or delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of BIM and Digital Engineering practices and technologies.
• Experience with BIM authoring and coordination platforms such as Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM execution planning, model management, clash detection, and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and Digital Engineering governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation and digital transformation in construction.
