DIGITAL ENGINEERING MANAGER

• Job Description

• The AI Project - DE Manager will lead strategic planning, execute digital transformation projects, and drive smart factory enhancements (Industry 4.0, AI, IoT). This role is responsible for modernizing manufacturing workflows, advancing equipment automation, and establishing robust data governance to maximize operational efficiency.

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Define the overall vision, roadmap, and strategic objectives for Industry 4.0 and Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives across the organization.

• Project & Stakeholder Management: Oversee end-to-end technology projects: track progress, manage budgets, and foster cross-functional collaboration among teams.

• System Integration: Lead the implementation and integration of Industrial IoT (IIoT), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Equipment Automation Platforms (EAP), and executive analytics dashboards.

• Data Governance & Analytics: Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

• Champion a data-driven culture by leveraging advanced data analytics for decision-making.

• Smart Factory & Equipment Optimization: Monitor machinery operations, promote equipment automation, and deploy predictive maintenance systems to minimize downtime.

• Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field/engineering discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, executive management, or project coordination roles within technology or engineering sectors. Working experience in semiconductor sector is preferred.

• Strong technical background in data automation, equipment automation, Industry 4.0, and AI applications.

• Proactive problem-solving abilities with strong risk-assessment and issue-escalation skills.

• Excellent professional communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
