Digital Executive (Programmatic)

Our client
Our client, a digital marketing consultancy specializing in Google Marketing Platform solutions, analytics, and conversion optimization is now looking for a Digital Executive (Programmatic) to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Be the first responder to customer inquiries on Google Marketing Platform (GMP) tools.
• Assist in onboarding and training clients on GMP.
• Support the Customer Success Manager in nurturing client relationships.
• Maintain documentation for product updates and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver Digital Maturity solutions.
• Help implement and QA Google Analytics (GA) and media tracking.
• Contribute to CRO experiment setup using AB Tasty and VWO.
• Assist in building and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and internal initiatives that drive innovation and growth.

Requirements

• 0–2 years in digital marketing, ad tech, analytics, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), both written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and self-driven.
• Strong multitasking and collaboration abilities.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of SEM and Programmatic media buying.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS & JavaScript and experience with GMP products, GA4, GTM, CRO tools is a plus.
