Digital Experience Manager

cPort Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a Digital Experience Manager . This position will report to the AVP of Digital and Financial Solutions and will be part of a team focused on providing innovative digital and payment solutions that create a reliable and positive member experience.

The Digital Experience Manager will focus on the day-to-day management of cPort’s digital channels, including Alkami, our eBanking core, online account opening and lending systems, business services, digital payment systems, and other desktop and mobile digital services.

This role will serve as a key resource for both our members and internal team, providing support with digital-related questions, issues, and troubleshooting.

Location: Training at our main office in Portland, with the potential to be hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Ability to partner with vendors to troubleshoot and escalate more complex system or member-impacting issues and help expedite resolution.
• Assist with the research, implementation, testing, and rollout of new digital products, enhancements, and projects.
• Help develop and maintain procedures, documentation, and internal resources related to our digital services.
• Communicate digital changes, enhancements, outages, and other important information.

Qualifications

• Provide leadership and support to the team.
• Strong communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in digital banking.
