Overview:

Join the growing TJX Digital Organization today!

This role is responsible for eCommerce-site optimization for a TJX brand; implementing and maintaining customer-centric strategies, on-site tests, and enhancements to drive profitable sales. Identify optimization opportunities by continuously evaluating sales, conversion, and overall website performance.  Support with site testing, on-site search, product recommendations, and new site features. Consistently collaborating with cross functional partners in Finance, Digital Experience, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes customer reporting through Adobe Analytics and financial reporting to help identify trends to deliver optimization strategies that drive conversion
• Supports execution and analysis of A/B testing roadmap via Adobe Target – learn how to execute tests and strategies across site, driving traffic through the shopping funnel and fuel incremental conversion
• Aids in analysis and strategy of on-site search, ensuring optimal configuration and enhancing the customer search experience.
• Helps identify historical trends and future business initiatives that would impact conversion plans – highlights these to manager and cross-functional partners to ensure an accurate plan
• Supports product recommendations strategy, executing and testing strategies to ensure relevant and fully optimized results are produced across shopping journey (cross-sells, up-sells).
• Monitors competition, shares findings and makes recommendations to manager for site opportunities
• Builds relationship skills by collaborating across the TJX Digital brands, identifying opportunities to drive business

This position has a starting pay range of $24 to $25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
