Digital Experience Tester

A Digital Experience Tester is responsible for planning and performing the actual simulation of customers’ experiences in the digital channels of Globe. The testers locate errors and poor customer experiences based on the typical flow and experience design, communicate their findings, and work to address the issues.
The digital experience QA is meant to determine the degree of accessibility and usability of the digital channels by detecting experience flaws such as availability and security problems, design issues, defective flow, malfunctioning features, and security.

The VENDOR shall establish a digital experience QA process along with a team of “customer experience” testers to perform intentional scanning and simulation of customer experience in the digital channels (IVR, GlobeOne App, messaging chatbot, and other digital platforms that may emerge) on a real-time basis.

The VENDOR shall conduct an online crawling of the web as part of its scanning activities to find malicious posts, comments, and forums that use the CLIENT's brand to entice unsuspecting people into their schemes and report the same to the CLIENT for action.
The VENDOR shall create a monthly CX Scanning and Testing Plan that covers all digital platforms and critical test case scenarios. The plan should include test objectives and corresponding test cases.

The VENDOR shall present the upcoming month’s CX Scanning and Testing plan to the CLIENT and seek its approval on the 16th of the current month.

The VENDOR shall provide testing facilities and devices to cover all channels, brands, and OS versions for the app testing.

The VENDOR shall provision for ad-hoc and project-based scanning and testing, as necessary.
